I'm just a girl from Louisiana who eats, sleeps and breaths equity in education. I have been in education for seven years. In those 7 years, I have worn many hats. I have been a 2nd grade teacher, mentor teacher, literacy coach, and now an instructional coach! 

I started The Caffeinated Coach because there are not many outlets or avenues for coaches but I also have a passion for sharing ideas. It is my passion to instill passion in others and make them see the greatness in themselves! There is too much negativity swirling around the world of education. We are ALL still learning. WE WILL ALWAYS BE LEARNING.
